LarkGallery promotes the talents of emerging and established artists from diverse cultural backgrounds, online and in Los Angeles.

Our mission

Art that evokes thinking, leads to discovery and inspires creativity.

We build bridges between people, concepts and entities that have traditionally been considered incompatible. We work to increase the visibility of talented artists from around the world and to foster appreciation of art by teaching people of all ages a 21st-century art language. We use the conversations of color, shape, texture and line to demonstrate that communication can be free of prejudice toward any language, religion or philosophy.

Founders

Lark Larisa Pilinsky

Founder · Co-owner · Curator

Lark is an artist, art curator, poet and journalist. Since 1985 she has left her mark on the art community by promoting both young and well-known artists, and by engaging in a wide range of educational, curatorial, support and fundraising activities.

The organizations she has worked with include Kulture PR International and the Foundation for Global Harmony, where she sits on the board of directors; California Litigation Magazine, where she served as art director; IGM USC; Don O’Melveny; Phantom Art Galleries; and the Culture Department of the City of West Hollywood, where she serves as a volunteer art curator.

Vigyano Ramesh Moorthy

Co-owner · Entrepreneur · Therapist

With a master’s in computer engineering, Vigy has spent more than twenty years building companies and turning ideas into reality. He is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist (C.Ht.) and founder of Stillness Flow.

Art began in childhood, painting with his grandmother, to whom he was very close. The hours they spent sharing one drawing book, adding to each other’s pictures, are still among the most memorable of his life. It started there and it has never left him. Everything he gives to artists now traces back to her, and to the belief that a life spent making things deserves to be served well, in painting, in music, in whatever form the work takes.

At Lark Gallery, he brings his business and technology experience to finding better ways to support artists, expand their opportunities, and help the gallery evolve for a changing world.

Dores Sacquegna

Art advisor and curator

Dores Sacquegna is an Italian curator and art director, an art consultant for more than 20 years to leading collections in Italy and abroad, and for the last ten years, the head of her own consultancy. She is Art Director and Chief Curator of Primo Piano LivinGallery in Lecce.

She has built collections for the Saatchi & Saatchi and Ray of Light foundations in New York, the Allotropia Museum of Cultural Heritage & Contemporary Art in Greece and the Cavallini Foundation in Florence, and has curated exhibitions for public institutions from London, Paris and Cannes to Barcelona, Beijing, New York and Dubai.

Mila Ryk

Editor of Art & Beyond

Mila Ryk is a Chicago-based artist, third-generation painter, and the founder and publisher of Art & Beyond Magazine Online. Her deep passion for art originally led to a twenty-year career as a graphic designer and art director before she launched her international publication in 2009. Dedicated to shifting the spotlight onto independent contemporary artists worldwide, Mila proudly collaborates with LarkGallery to publish their exhibitions and promote their artists through her platform. While she continues to create her own multi-layered oil paintings in a style she calls Imaginary Expressionism, her work with Art & Beyond provides a beautiful, lasting space where creative voices can be documented, seen, and celebrated.

Katia Lesiuk

Business coordinator and communications expert

Marketing consultant, Artworld enthusiast, Urban visionary based in Los Angeles and New York. Coordinated projects for over 70 luxury fashion and jewelry brands; launched numerous marketing campaigns for the emerging ventures.

Katia has set up a number of exhibits and art events, showcasing Contemporary Abstract Art internationally. Her passion for the arts extends to representing both up-and-coming talents and established artists, contributing significantly to the promotion of the creative minds. Katia Lesiuk holds a Master’s degree in International Communications, bringing a global perspective to her work. Proudly Ukrainian!

Vita Solzberg

Founder of our non-profit partner

Vita Solzberg is a media personality and producer dedicated to authentic storytelling and celebrating diversity in creative self-expression. She initiates and supports non-profit initiatives that empower original artistic voices and elevate genuine talent.

Through her YouTube channel @Spotlight-Creative, she spotlights extraordinary artists and their processes, while her non-profit organization, Speaking Creation Inc., provides direct support to emerging and established creators. Partnering with LarkGallery, Spotlight Creative produces specially curated art events designed to enrich the Los Angeles cultural ecosystem and inspire artistic self-realization.

Exhibitions

We host online and brick-and-mortar competitions and exhibitions which are both affordable and inclusive, and we are committed to providing international exposure for talented artists from around the world. We represent established and emerging fine artists, many of whom have received national and international recognition for their work through LarkGallery. Most of our artists are based in California, but we also represent artists from other states and other countries.
