Born in Lima-Perú, resides in Florida since 1974. Studied Architecture at the University of Miami.
She has had several solo shows, locally and internationally, including mother and daughter shows [with her artist Mom Raquel Rub] and has been the recipient of numerous awards in juried exhibits.
Volunteers teaching art at Atria Willow wood retirement community, and with children at Meals on Wheels and Gilda’s Club.
She is President of 2+3 the Artists’ organization, board member of The Broward Art Guild [Chair of Outreach and Co-Chair of Art around Town and the Youth Art Show], member of Artists as Entrepreneurs Institute, Art MD, ArtServe, Ceramic League Miami, National Association of Women Artists, National League of Pen Women.
