SAVVA began his artistic experience in Vasily Surikov’s Art school in Moscow.
From there he was directly admitted to the renowned Stroganov Institute of Art in Moscow. There he acquired proficiency in such disciplines as Graphic Design, Illustration, and Production
Processes in addition to continuing his Fine Arts studies.
Upon completing his education, Savva worked in Moscow as an Illustrator, Graphic
Designer, and Art Director for various newspapers, magazines, and a publishing
House. At the same time, he continued his work in the field of Fine Arts painting.
His work was chosen for display at several Moscow galleries, most notably a single-Artist show at the prestigious gallery Krymskaia Shore
Boardwalk.
He was then invited by the Klasky Csupo animation studio to come work in the
United States as a Development Designer on various television and feature film projects
Since then he worked in such animation studios as Walt Disney Studios, Warner
Brothers Studios, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Fox Animation and Rough Draft
Studios to name a few.
Savva resumed his artistic career in USA with Apexart gallery of New York in year
2007. Since then he has participated in a large number of shows, which practice he intends to continue.
