Sergei Milokumov born in 1961. in Cherkassy (Ukraine). He graduated from the Art Academy of Kharkov (cum laude). Was an intern at the Higher School of Art & Design HIF (Halle / s) (Germany).

In May 2002 Sergey Milokumov received from the President of Ukraine title of the Honored Artist of Ukraine.

Sergei Milokumov - master who created the picturesque luxury of the modern world . His unique works, as icons, radiate warmth and inner light . Paintings Milokumova , woven of sunny emotions and philosophical knowledge , captured audience in a New and Old World , Russia and the United Arab Emirates (by invitation of the Governments ). In his works, one can find answers to the most profound questions, and the whole Universe fits on a small canvas. The reason - the ability of talent to penetrate into the essence of things and pass it through a simple matter ...

Art of Milokumov has it’s own dynamics of color, it lives under own laws of time - nature comes alive. You can actually see how grapes ripens in front of your eyes.
