Blossoms in Song
- Acrylic mixed media

A deep violet to pale cream ground is crossed by soft viridian bands, like strata or the staves of a score. Across it drift clusters of textured glossy orange petals, each catching light like glazed stone. They rise and scatter from below, at once falling and lifting — the banded field a measure, the petals notes loosed into song.
